Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days) Trane Technologies ist ein globaler Klima-Innovator, der effiziente und nachhaltige Klimasysteme für Gebäude, Privathaushalte und Transportlösungen bereitstellt. Mit starken Marken wie Trane® und Thermo King® entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben wir moderne HVAC- und Transportkühllösungen und leisten so einen wesentlichen Beitrag für eine nachhaltigere Welt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Durchführung von Monatsabschlussaktivitäten und Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität in Haupt- und Nebenbüchern nach US GAAP und HGB.
• Erstellung von lokalen Jahresabschlüssen HGB, Prüfungsunterlagen sowie Koordination gesetzlicher Prüfungen Steuer- & Compliance-Prozesse Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerabteilung und externen Steuerberatern zur korrekten und fristgerechten Einreichung lokaler Steuererklärungen (VAT, CIT, Transfer Pricing etc.).
• Monatliche bzw. quartalsweise Berechnung der US-GAAP Steuerabgrenzung mittels OneSource.
• Unterstützung bei Compliance-Anforderungen, inkl. SOX, FICAPs und internen Kontrollstandards und entsprechenden Audits.
• Erstellung und Überprüfung von Bilanzabstimmungen gemäß TT Internal Control Standards.
• Aktive Teilnahme an MDI-Projekten zur Automatisierung, Prozessverbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung.

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Controlling und Zusatzausbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung mind. 5 Jahre in der Finanzbuchhaltung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Jahresabschluss HGB idealerweise Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht
• Erfahrung in US GAAP
• Erfahrung mit Finanz- und Steuersystemen, idealerweise Oracle, One Source sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Analytisches Denken, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereiche
