Job Responsibilities: Für die Produktionsstandorte in Assamstadt, Dorfprozelten und Schleiz suchen wir für die Abteilung Finanzen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit einen Teamleiter Accounting/Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/x) Aufgabenschwerpunkte / Inhalte der Position: • Operative Führung des Bereichs Accounting als Shared Service Funktion mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Personalverantwortung für die Standorte Assamstadt, Dorfprozelten und Schleiz • Vereinheitlichung/Optimierung der buchhalterischen Arbeitsabläufe zur Steigerung von Produktivität, Qualität und Termintreue • Planen, steuern und überwachen von Aktivitäten in der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung • Erstellung von Monats-Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und US-GAAP • Ansprechpartner für interne (z.
