Part Time Accountant

YOUR MISSION

• End-to-end handling of the financial reporting, preparatory accounting, and document verification
• Be responsible for all general accounting including invoicing
• Administer the cooperation with an external accounting/tax advisor
• Support internal administrative tasks such as document flow, archive handling
• Create and improve financial processes
• Provide support for and advise our clients' financial teams
• Additional "pet projects" depending on your career ambitions and preferences, e.g. events organization or (support in) HR administration

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Professional experience in an accounting environment and knowledge of accounting procedures and principles in Germany and, ideally, in Switzerland
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools, particularly Excel, and/or Google Sheets
• Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks, quickly switch priorities, adapt and focus on new initiatives as needed
• Openness and professional approach towards people and new situations in a diverse and multicultural environment
• Fluent in German and English in a professional context
• Prior experience with the Stripe Payment platform is a plus
