Your responsibilities
Own and professionalize Carly’s operational accounting infrastructure, ensuring clean, complete, and reliable financial data across all financial processes
Prepare accurate and timely monthly closings, reconciliations (bank, credit card, payment providers), and audit-ready documentation
Manage all operational accounting flows, including revenue exports (Apple, Google, etc.), incoming and outgoing invoices, credit notes, payment lists, and international VAT procedures
Build and document standardized, scalable accounting workflows to reduce inefficiencies, minimize recurring corrections, and improve internal financial transparency
Act as the primary operational interface to external tax advisors, ensuring complete and on-time data delivery, proactive clarification of open topics, and smooth collaboration during annual financial statements and audits
