(Junior) Financial Controller (m/w/d) · Verisk Germany

Als Junior Financial Controller arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Finance-Kollegen sowie internationalen Teams zusammen. Du unterstützt bei Monatsabschlüssen, Reportings und Forecasts und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zu einem verlässlichen Ansprechpartner für finanzielle Analysen und Unternehmenskennzahlen.

Responsibilities

• Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreports für Management und Fachbereiche.
• Du analysierst Finanzkennzahlen und bereitest relevante Informationen für Entscheidungen auf.
• Du wirkst bei Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen mit.
• Du unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach lokalen und konzernweiten Vorgaben.
• Du hilfst bei der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und der Weiterentwicklung von Reportingstrukturen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern sowie internationalen Finance-Teams zusammen.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wie eine Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder eine erste Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice-to-have Qualifications

• Erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Oracle)
• Kenntnisse in Power BI oder vergleichbaren Reporting-Tools
• Grundverständnis von Controlling-, Accounting- oder Reporting-Prozessen
