Job DescriptionAdvise and act as a sparring partner for managers on operational and strategic HR topics throughout the entire employee lifecycleIndependently manage and execute the entire recruitment processDevelop and implement targeted HR measures based on the strategic and operational objectives of the respective business areasPlan, implement, and support employee development and talent management initiativesProfessionally support change processes as well as team and organizational developmentActively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of cross-functional HR projects and initiativesQualificationsUniversity degree in business, law, engineering, or a related technical field, preferably with a focus on Human ResourcesSound technical understanding or a strong affinity for technology, combined with a willingness to further develop this knowledge through relevant
