HR Business Partner (d/m/w)

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!

The position is fixed-term until March 2028.

Your Tasks

• Deliver and manage HR services for the Single Aisle Equipping area in close partnership with the business.
• Advise line managers and senior management on all HR-related matters.
• Implement HR strategies and support the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and management reports.
• Communicate and apply HR policies, Ethics & Compliance standards, and national employment laws when advising management.
• Ensure the consistent and harmonised implementation of compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment policies in coordination with management and in line with business objectives.
• Support and promote the development of all employees.
• Ensure appropriate consequence management when required.

Your Profile

• Completed Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or comparable studies with a focus on HR, Management, or a similar qualification
• Professional experience in an operational HR environment is essential
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 HR and its detailed functions is essential
• Experience with Workday is desirable
• Fluent German and English language skills are essential
