Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

For an exciting project in the field of financial accounting and controlling, we are looking for an experienced freelancer in accounting/finance (m/f/d).

• Key details: Location: Teunz / Hybrid / 70-80% remote (by arrangement) Start date: Immediately / By agreement Workload: Part-time or full-time (project-based) Accounts receivable & accounts payable: Independent processing of various business transactions.
• Financial statement preparation: Participation in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB) & IFRS.
• Controlling & reporting: Preparation of management reports, group reports, key performance indicator (KPI) analyses, and ad-hoc analyses for project managers and cost center managers.
• International structures: Support in the management of foreign subsidiaries.
• Compliance & standards: Ensuring compliance with corporate business standards in the financial area.

Qualification:

Solid commercial/tax training or Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance (ideally further training to become a certified accountant ).

Professional experience:

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of accounting / controlling.

Law & Standards:

Good knowledge of commercial and tax law , and preferably IFRS .

IT skills:

Very good knowledge of MS Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP .

Languages:

Fluent German and good English skills.
