As a Controller (m/f/d) at ESKA Automotive, you’ll support our production and logistics departments as a skilled business partner, create transparency, and lay the groundwork for operational and strategic decisions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with various departments, contribute your ideas, and continuously refine our controlling processes.

First things first:

• Starting salary of €58,000 gross per year, including a Christmas bonus
• 30 days of vacation

What you bring to the table:

• A college degree in business administration (Master's/Diploma), ideally with a focus on controlling or production management
• Preferably some initial experience in (production) controlling at an industrial company
• Technical understanding, a hands-on mentality, and an independent, solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a passion for collaboration
• Excellent Excel skills and IT proficiency; knowledge of ERP and SQL is a plus

Your duties and areas of responsibility:

• Proactively advising the production and logistics departments as a business partner
• Conducting ad hoc analyses and developing scenarios to support operational and strategic business decisions
• Collaboration on and leadership of interdisciplinary projects
• Continuous development of all controlling functions, including reporting
