Our client in Manching is looking for a Business Partner PM & Controlling (m/f/d).

Project Planning & Strategic Building Renovation: Planning and management of projects within the framework of strategic building renovation, from initial planning to handover to the implementing department.

Decision-Making Templates & AI Applications: Creation of decision-making templates and briefing documents using state-of-the-art AI models.

Sustainability & Price Audits: Support in the implementation of the Decarbonization Strategy Vision 2030+ as well as preparation and execution of national price audits in the area of facility management.

Process Optimization & Digitalization: Support of the cross-cutting FMRE MFT "FMRE Common Procedures & Lessons Learnt" with a focus on digital solutions and modern AI applications.

Committee work & special tasks: Support for ad-hoc SteerCos for strategic infrastructure projects as well as evaluation and processing of FMRE-related improvement suggestions and FISH entries ("Fly-In, Same-Hour").

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Immobilienwirtschaft/-management (Master oder Diplom).
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie solide Erfahrung im Bereich Facility Management und Immobilienverwaltung.
• Versierte Abwicklung und Nachhaltung des Projektcontrollings.
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie erfahrener Umgang mit der Google Suite (inkl. Gemini).
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Akribischer, zielorientierter Arbeitsstil, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie entscheidungsfreudige und integrationsfähige Persönlichkeit.
