We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller for our client KID Systeme GmbH in Buxtehude.

Responsibilities include: managing and executing financial planning and creating forecasts while considering company objectives; creating and optimizing financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decisions; analyzing cost structures, revenues, R&D investments, and identifying potential savings; identifying and assessing financial risks and opportunities, and developing recommendations and measures for risk mitigation; preparing accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and target/actual comparisons for management; and coordinating with the tax, treasury, and accounting departments regarding financing and cost allocation structures.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in controlling, finance or as a commercial clerk
• In-depth application knowledge of SAP and Click'n Buy (BySide)
• Good knowledge of process management, lean management and Google Workspace
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Analytical thinking skills, a solution-oriented approach to work, and strong organizational and communication skills.
