Accountant / Trust Officer Accounting (Switzerland)

Overview In this role you manage and advise a diverse Swiss client portfolio within a leading international fiduciary setting. You will prepare company accounts, VAT returns, and tax statements while supporting board and management communications. You’ll handle fiduciary duties, payroll, and client onboarding, contributing to client growth and service excellence. The position offers exposure to cross-border real estate, funds, and corporate structures in a dynamic, international environment.

Zentrale Anforderungen Basic commercial or business management education Further training in finance and fiduciary (federal certificate and/or diploma as a fiduciary expert) 3–5 years in fiduciary sector or auditing In-depth knowledge of Swiss tax, finance, and accounting Strong IT affinity; very good Abacus (FIBU and payroll) and MS Office (Excel) skills Experience with Dr. Tax is advantageous High customer orientation and strong communication skills Persuasive, empathetic, and negotiator Independent, efficient, accurate working style Resilient, motivated, and team-oriented German and English fluent; additional languages are a plus High customer orientation Strong communication skills Persuasiveness and empathy Abacus FIBU and payroll MS Office (Excel) Dr. Tax (advantageous)
