In this role you will own day-to-day accounting operations at Bragi, a fast-growing audio AI company. You will close the books accurately, automate processes, and collaborate with the Accounting Manager to scale the finance function. You’ll work with SAP Business One and modern tools to support a cross-brand platform across devices and partners. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Reconcile bank transactions daily and contribute to automated bank feeds and rule-based matching
- Own the full Accounts Payable cycle end to end, including invoice checks, pre-accounting, and posting in SAP Business One
- Maintain spend management and pre-accounting platform, including approvals, user management, and SAP integration
- Manage corporate travel tool and review expenses against policy and VAT rules, ensuring correct booking in SAP
- Monitor supplier ageing and serve as main contact for supplier communications
- Support monthly close with GL reconciliations and cash bookings to enable timely management reporting
- Collaborate with Accounting Manager to identify and implement automation and workflow improvements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4–6 years of accounting experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or comparable field
- Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), German and intra-EU VAT (incl. reverse charge), and fixed assets
- Very good English; German is a plus
- SAP Business One experience strongly preferred; spend management and pre-accounting tools a plus
- Experience with licensing, royalty or digital revenue models in a scaling tech/platform environment is preferred
- Digital fluency with a proactive, efficiency-minded approach
