A structured, reliable way of working, attention to detail, ownership mentality, and team spirit. English at B2/C1 level (team language) and German at minimum B2 – solid German is needed for the tax and accounting terminology (HGB, UStVA, DATEV).

The AI handles the heavy lifting; we make sure everything adds up in the end. Then join us. Tasks Independently run the ongoing bookkeeping for your own portfolio of clients: accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, and cash.
Review and refine our AI-generated booking suggestions – your professional judgment is what turns automation into reliable accounting. Own monthly closings, VAT pre-filings (UStVA), and reporting for your clients, and support the preparation of annual financial statements.
Share your know-how with junior colleagues and help shape our accounting processes as we scale. Requirements At least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting / financial bookkeeping. Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or real estate is a big plus.
Solid command of German booking logic (HGB) and confident, independent handling of VAT pre-filings (UStVA); DATEV experience. An appetite for digital tools and processes that aren't always fully built yet and the ability to teach yourself new things. Flexible hours, hybrid in our Berlin office.
