Job Description

• Maintain accounting records in D365 for all entities
• Process approved IOSA and DMS invoices
• Set up regular payment runs for management review and approval
• Prepare payment batches for authorization
• Process expense and business trip claims
• Collaborate with colleagues on accounting queries from creditors
• Prepare data for compliance and external audits
• Assist colleagues with ad-hoc accounting queries

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
